If your MacBook Pro is an Intel model then using Bootcamp to install Windows is likely to be your best option to run them through Steam. According to the applegamingwiki, they work OK via Rosetta on M1 Macs if your MacBook Pro is an Apple Silicon one. That's a shame given you've bought them already at some point on Steam.
